This is a start of a list of folks whom we can contact to help with the science fair. Folks are needed to be:
- liasons with the libraries, schools, home schoolers, and 4-H folks who have access to the kids
- liasons who will continue communication with students who are participating
- presenters/inspirers who will provide an example of the scientific method used in an experiment, or science around us
- material creators of brochure that will teach scientific method, give list of ideas, requirement materials for students
- judges
- folks to run the actual fair
- awards manager who'll get donors for awards (look at http://www3.sdstate.edu/Academics/ScienceandEngineeringFair/AwardsandPrizes/Index.cfm)
- one person to manage the interactions of all these folks and master of ceremonies the fair
